The company said it completed the 100% ownership acquisition of Azalea Marine on December 21, 2017, and the company changed its name to MOL Marine Europe on January 1, 2018. glenflange
Merchant Mitsui said that after the acquisition of MOL Marine (Europe), the company will further strengthen the LNG carrier and tanker crew with operations to ensure operational safety. According to the company, MOL Marine Europe as a management company will continue to support the safe operation of the merchant M-Mitsui, while inheriting the Azalea maritime and European crew experience and operational expertise.
It is reported that Azalea Maritime Bureau was established in January 1997 and headquartered in Herceg Novi, Montenegro.
It is understood that the commercial vessel Mitsui operates 21 LNG carriers and two LPG carriers through different subsidiaries and joint ventures And 64 oil tankers. The company currently orders 14 LNG carriers in Japan, China and South Korea, eight of which will be delivered in 2018.
