一、聘任人员层次、条件

（一）聘任的外籍教师分为专业类外籍教师、语言类外籍教师。

（二）聘任条件

1.基本要求：遵守中华人民共和国的相关法律法规和规章制度；具有较强的专业素质、团队意识、集体观念和奉献精神，能够自觉地恪守学术道德，遵守学术规范；身体健康，能够胜任所聘岗位的工作。

2.资历要求：

（1）专业类外籍教师为计算机、软件技术、国际商务、国际管理、数字媒体等相关专业，一般应具有大学学士及以上学位，具有2年以上科研、教学工作经历或者相关工作经历，能够承担教学、科研、学科建设以及团队建设等工作。

（2）语言类外籍教师一般应具有学士及以上学位（含国际语言教学证书），受过语言教学的专门训练，具有2年以上教育教学工作经历或者相关工作经历，口齿清晰、语音语调规范。

（3）外籍人员取得国籍国教师资格证书，或者拥有教育类、语言类或师范类学士以上学位的，可以免除相应教育工作经历要求。

3.其它要求：英文授课，英语为母语的优先考虑。

二、薪酬待遇

（一）外籍教师须全职在免费开放的api网站应用工作，薪酬待遇执行协议工资制。

（二）外籍教师薪酬待遇如下表，具体标准由学校及聘用单位依据其资历、学术水平，并根据承担的教学、科研等方面任务与本人协商确定。

（三）外籍教师的工资按月发放。

（四）外籍教师应依照《中华人民共和国个人所得税法》的规定交纳个人所得税，缴纳方式按相关规定由学校代扣。

（五）学校按照国家及地方政府相关政策为受聘上岗的外籍教师购买医疗、意外伤害等保险。

I. Level and conditions of Foreign Teachers

1. The hired foreign teachers include professional foreign teachers and language foreign teachers.

2. Appointment conditions

2.1 Basic requirements: Foreign teachers are required to comply with relevant laws, regulations, and rules of the People's Republic of China, have high professional qualities, team consciousness, collective concept, and dedication spirit, be able to consciously abide by academic ethics and academic norms, have good physical health and be able to handle the job.

2.2 Qualification requirements:

2.2.1 Professional foreign teachers are expected to be professionals in computer science, software technology, international business, international management, digital media, and other related fields. Generally, they should have a bachelor's degree or above from a university, and have at least 2 years of experience in scientific research, teaching, or related work. They can undertake teaching, research, subjects building, and team building work.

2.2.2 Foreign language teachers should generally have a bachelor's degree or above (including an international language teaching certificate), have received special training in language teaching, have more than two years of education and teaching experience or relevant work experience, and have clear speech and standard pronunciation and intonation.

2.2.3 Foreigners who have obtained a teacher qualification certificate from their country of nationality, or hold a bachelor's degree or above in education, language, or teacher training, may be exempt from the corresponding educational work experience requirements.

2.3 Other requirements: English teaching; native English speakers are preferred.

II. Salary and benefits

1. Foreign teachers are required to work full-time at our college, and their salary and benefits are subject to the agreement.

2. The salary and benefits of foreign teachers are shown in the table below. The specific standards are determined by the college and the employing unit based on their qualifications, academic level, and the teaching, research, and other tasks they undertake.

3. The salary of foreign teachers is paid monthly.

4. Foreign teachers shall pay personal income tax in accordance with the Personal Income Tax Law of the People's Republic of China, and the payment shall be withheld by the college in accordance with relevant regulations.

5. The college shall purchase medical and accidental injury insurance for foreign teachers employed in accordance with relevant national and local government policies.
